Definitions

Within this document, Britishpress, will be referred to as “the company”, “our” or “we”. The individual(s) named on the Distribution request form &/or Client Account application is referred to as “the customer” or “client”.

Delivery Material

The material to be delivered must:

» Be a single sheet unless previously agreed upon.

» Avoid the use of staples, pins, or attachments.

» Size must fall between A7 & A1.

» Weigh less than 400g per leaflet.

» All leaflets must have the same dimensions & weight.

» Advertise a single business.

» The quote given (under normal circumstances) will be for materials weighing 80 GSM per page.

» Issued quotes are suggestive and can change based on material size and weight.

Logistics

» Bookings are confirmed upon verbal or written consent.

» All promotional material must arrive at Britishpress before 6.30 p.m. on the agreed date.

» We offer a free collection service from the customer's address or local printer within London for orders exceeding £250 or including printing arrangements.

» No carton should exceed a weight of 15kg.

» Cartons or bundles must contain only identical items and be labeled with the customer’s name.

» For concurrent campaigns, each job number or distribution area must be visible on each carton.

Distribution & GPS Tracking

» Delivery usually occurs within 1 week of the campaign start date.

» While efforts will be made to reach all addresses, no guarantees are given or implied for full coverage.

» The schedule can be influenced by various factors, including inclement weather.

» Distribution is carried out using UK postcodes and sectors.

» GPS data is used internally to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Distribution Concerns

» Any issue with the distribution process will be thoroughly investigated when reported properly.

» If there's a shortfall in distribution, it will be rectified or a proportional credit will be offered.

Changes & Cancellations

» Either party can terminate the contract with a 30 days’ notice.

» A month's notice is required for changes or cancellations without penalty.

» Distributions may cease immediately in case of legal or financial issues.

Payments

» Orders are accepted only on the basis of full prepayment.

» Non-payment of account balances will attract a late payment surcharge.

Content

» All orders must meet the requirements of these terms & conditions.

» The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Complaints & Guarantees

» All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of campaign completion.

» All complaints must be submitted via email or post.

» Delivery to all letterboxes within a sector or area is not guaranteed.

General

» These terms are subject to English law.

» All communications should be delivered to our registered address.

Monitoring

You agree that all communications are recorded for legal and internal use.
